YWAM Together (2)

Deuxième journée de notre conférence globale. Ce matin nous avons eu un Philippin qui est président de l'Alliance Evanélique Mondiale qui nous a expliqué pourquoi l'église des pays du sud global, ou du monde majoritaire, grandit si vite, et quel rôle JEM est appelé à jouer pour encourager cela. Très encourageant! Cet après-midi, nous nous sommes impliqués dans la rencontre des personnes intéressées par le ministère auprès des familles, et Guy a pu partager une courte exhortation. Ce soir, nous avons eu le privilège d'entendre Darlène Cunningham, fondatrice de JEM, partager son cœur avec humour et perspicacité sur le fait de ne pas prendre d'offenses, d'aimer Dieu et de nous aimer les uns les autres. Nous avons eu une présentation du prochain film de David Cunningham, Running for Grace, qui sortira au cinéma en décembre en Europe et d'un super projet de film professionnel pour recruter 100'000 nouveaux missionnaires, appelé GO! Et nous avons eu la joie de revoir Loïc et Noémie qui sont arrivés de Bali!

Second day of our global YWAM conference. This morning, we had a Filipino bishop who is president of the World Evangelical Alliance, explaining us why the global south, or majority world church is growing so fast, and what role YWAM can play to encourage that. It was very encouraging! This afternoon, we went to the meeting of people interested in family ministry, and Guy was able to share a short exhortation. Tonight, we had the privilege of hearing Darlene Cunningham, founder of YWAM, sharing her heart with humour and sharpness on not taking offences, loving God and one another. We had a presentation of the next David Cunningham movie, Running for Grace, that will be out on european theaters in December, and we heard about an ambitious projet to make a YWAM film called GO, sharing real YWAM stories, to recruit 100'000 new missionaries! And we had the joy to see Loïc and Noémie who arrived back from Bali!
