Abidjan - Rentrée des classes pour les enfants / Abidjan - Back to school for the kids

Entre hier et aujourd'hui, Noam, Maé et Christopher ont repris l'école à l'africaine dans leur établissement à Abidjan. Beaucoup de choses nouvelles dans l'approche, mais le début ne s'est pas trop mal passé... Pour la première semaine, on fait les trajets, mais dès la semaine prochaine, ils prendront le bus de l'école, qui commence à 7h30 le matin, et ils vont rentrer à 15h30 pour les grands et à 16h30 pour Noam. Ils mangeront à la cantine de l'école. Il semble qu'ils soient les seuls blancs de leur établissements respectifs. Ils doivent mettre un uniforme, ce qui ne les enchante pas particulièrement... Maé s'est fait faire des tresses africaines, ça lui fait super mal à la tête!

Between yesterday and today, Noam, Maé and Christopher started school in their Abidjan class. Many new things in the approach, but the beginning seems to happen quite well... For the first week, we're driving them to school, but from next week on, they will take the school bus. School starts at 7:30 am, and they will be back at 3:30 pm for the older ones and 4:30 pm for Noam (because he has 2 hours break at noon). They will eat at the school cafeteria. It seems they are the only white kids in their school. They need to dress up with a uniform, which doesn't make them particularly happy... Maé made african braids, she has strong headaches now!
