Papouasie, Mount Hagen / PNG, Mount Hagen

Nous sommes arrivés hier à Mount Hagen, au centre du pays. Les nuits sont fraîches car nous sommes en altitude. La route qui mène à la base est en réflexion, nous devons donc monter 15mn à pieds pour accéder à la base, magnifique par ailleurs. Ils nous ont concocté un programme chargé: ministère le matin auprès des préscolaires, l'après-midi auprès des enfants et le soir auprès des jeunes... Mais les coeurs sont tendres et les gens répondent à l'appel du Seigneur, c'est touchant! L'église ressemble à une étable avec du foin par terre, c'est sympa.

We arrived yesterday in Mount Hagen, in the center of the island. Nights are cool as we are on the highlands. The road leading to the base is broken so we have to climb 15mn by foot to access the YWAM base, which is by the way a wonderful place. They have prepared a full program: ministry with kindergarten kids in the morning, with kids in the afternoon and with teenagers and young people in the night... But the hearts are tender and people respond to God's call, it is very moving! The church looks like a barn with hay on the ground, it's funny.
