Guy va co-diriger un Master en leadership pour l'Université des Nations en 2024-2025. C'est un Master exécutif, avec 5 temps en commun intensifs et du travail à faire entre deux à la maison pour des responsables de JEM en formation continue. C'est le même qu'il avait suivi comme étudiant il y a 7 ans; Joële sera staff-étudiante cette fois-ci, mais cette fois c'est une multiplication: au lieu d'un programme de Master international, il y en aura trois régionaux: les Amériques, Asie-Pacifique, et Afrique-Europe et Moyen-Orient (celui dans lequel nous sommes impliqués avec Paul et Rachel Dangtoumda, Edwin Filies, Joesph Ouedraogo, Rhulani et Kudzai Masimira. Nous sommes dans la saison d'invitation et attendons le retour d'étudiants potentiels. Le contenu sera le même dans les trois Masters, et Paul et Guy se rendront à Kona, HI, pour travailler sur le côté académique début août. Ce matin, on avait un zoom de préparation avec des responsables des trois différentes régions, piloté par David Hamilton.
Guy will be co-directing a Master in Leadership for the University of the Nations in 2024-2025. It's an executive Master's, with 5 intensive times together and work to do in between at home for seasoned YWAM leaders to pursue their education. It's the same one Guy took as a student 7 years ago; Joële will be staff-student this time, and it will be a multiplication: instead of one international Master's program, there will be three regional ones: the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Africa-Europe-Middle East (the one we're involved in with Paul and Rachel Dangtoumda, Edwin Filies, Joesph Ouedraogo, Rhulani and Kudzai Masimira). We're now in the invitation process and awaiting feedback from potential students. The content will be the same in all three Masters, and Paul and Guy will be heading to Kona, HI, to work on the academic side in early August. This morning, we had a preparation zoom with managers from the three different regions, led by David Hamilton.
