Nous avons commencé hier matin une formation pour les responsables et jeunes qui veulent grandir dans les responsabilités du groupe Interjeunes Echallens. Un temps très sympa dans un refuge, et on a même pu chanter! (on était 15). Nous réalisons que beaucoup de responsables de groupes de jeunes ne sont pas formés ni accompagnés dans leur responsabilité, et c'est un défi majeur si nous voulons voir se lever une génération solide!
Yesterday morning we started a training for the leaders and young people who want to grow in leadership of the Echallens Interjeunes Youth Group. A great time in a refuge, and we could even sing! (there were 15 of us). We realize that many youth group leaders are not trained or mentored in their responsibility, and this is a major challenge if we want to see a strong generation rise up!
