We arrived safely in Ivory Coast after a peaceful trip without any problem! Even Guy's keyboard arrived unharmed. Guillaume, our KKI leader and several people from his team were waiting for us at the airport, and they drove us in what will be our house for this year, in a secure neighbourhood. We were welcomed (akwaba = welcome in the local language) with a wonderful fruit basket and a delicious meal. One kitchen, one dining room and 2 living rooms, 3 sleeping rooms... It will be just fine! We will also have the car we helped to buy for the local KKI tram two years ago made available for us for the whole year. Tomorrow, we need to buy some stuff, two local phones, efficient solutions for Internet, on Monday we'll go visit the kids' school and finalize their registration... Many practical things to set into place in the next two weeks!
