Hawaii (10) - ILT, jours 10, 11 et 12 / Hawaii (11) - ILT, days 10, 11 and 12

Nous avons terminé notre ILT, cuvée d'une grande profondeur. Voici quelques uns des temps forts:
- Un approfondissement des relations, de la confiance et de l'engagement de chacun (c'était le but de cet ILT plus long que d'habitude)
- Des éclaircissement pour notre rencontre mondiale de cet été en Côte d'Ivoire et la rencontre pour leaders de 40 jours "Fortify" qui va la précéder.
- Une super connexion avec nos leaders de JEM international et leur accueil et bénédiction pour la suite.
- Un bel anniversaire des 40 ans de King's Kids, avec l'occasion d'honorer nos fondateurs Dale et Carol Kauffman, et avec aussi la présence de leurs 4 enfants.
- Un parcours historique des endroits où King's Kids a démarré.
- Des discussions profondes qui nous ont permis d'avancer, non sans difficultés parfois, dans l'identification de ce que nous voulons multiplier dans les années qui viennent.
- La re-création d'un IST (international service team) présidé par Joële avec en plus John des Pays-Bas, Barbara de Suisse allemande et Yohann de France.
- Deux nouveaux membres dans notre CLT (Core Leadership Team), avec l'arrivée de Ricardo et Marilu Rodriguez, responsables JEM et FJ de Colombie, ainsi qu'une troisième personne en réflexion.

We have finished our ILT, a meeting season with an impression of having some breakthrough in different areas. Here are some of the highlights:
- Deepening of relationships, trust and commitment of everyone (this was one of the goals for the ILT longer than usual)
- Clarification for our international global gathering this summer in Ivory Coast and the leadership workshop "Fortify" happening for 40 days before.
- Great connection with our YWAM leaders, their welcoming heart and blessing for the coming season.
- Wonderful 40th anniversary celebration of King's Kids, with an opportunity to honor our founders Dale and Carol Kauffman, with also the presence of their four children.
- Historic visit of the places where KKI has started.
- Deep discussions allowing us to move forward, not without challenges sometimes, in identifying what we want to multiply in the coming years.
- Re-creation of an IST (International Service Team) under Joële's supervision with also John (Netherlands), Barbara (Swiss german) and Yohann (France).
- Two new members in our CLT (Core Leadership Team), with the coming of Ricardo and Marilu Rodriguez, YWAM and KKI leaders in Colombia, as well as maybe a third person still processing about it.
