Après quelques jours à Santa Anna, un quartier de San Jose, pour servir une église locale, l'équipe a embarqué pour 4 jours à Puerto Viejo, près de la frontière du Panama au bord de la mer des Caraïbes: au programme: engagement dans les communautés où la base de JEM est impliquée: Quartier Libre, animations diverses, service sur la base. Et un jour de congé pour aller à la mer en traversant le parc national Cahuita où l'on voit plein d'animaux. D'ailleurs, la nature est partout. La propriété de JEM est quasiment dans la jungle, et on y voit tous les jours des singes, des paresseux et autres... William et les enfants sont ravis!
After spending a few days in Santa Anna, a neighborhood of San Jose, serving a local church, the team headed to Puerto Viejo for four days—near the Panamanian border on the Caribbean coast. On the agenda: outreach in the communities where the YWAM base is active—Quartier Libre, various activities, and service at the base. And a day off to go to the beach, passing through Cahuita National Park, where we saw lots of animals. In fact, nature is everywhere. The YWAM property is practically in the jungle, and every day we see monkeys, sloths, and other wildlife... William and the kids are thrilled!
