Après avoir fêté l'anniversaire de notre beau-fils Loïc, Guy est allé à Lausanne-Ouchy avec Baptiste, Rachel, Christopher, Maé et Noam voir le concours de saut à la perche du meeting d'athlétisme Athletissima. L'occasion d'admirer les exploits du double champion olympique et recordman du monde suédois de saut à la perche Armand "Mondo" Duplantis, qui a gagné le concours avec un saut à 6m15, le plus haut jamais réalisé en Suisse. C'était impressionnant de voir les meilleurs sauteurs à la perche du monde, dont les trois médaillés olympiques, tout près de nous!
After celebrating our son-in-law Loïc's birthday, Guy went to Lausanne-Ouchy with Baptiste, Rachel, Christopher, Maé and Noam to watch the pole vault competition at the Athletissima athletics meeting. It was an opportunity to admire the exploits of two-time Olympic champion and Swedish pole-vault world record-holder Armand ‘Mondo’ Duplantis, who won the competition with a jump of 6m15, the highest ever achieved in Switzerland. It was impressive to see the world's best pole vaulters, including the three Olympic medallists, right next to us!
