La première semaine de la FTJ s'est bien terminée sur le thème de la présence de Dieu, et beaucoup d'étudiants ont été touchés et défiés à poser les bons fondements dans leur ministère et dans leur vie. Le défi actuel est lié à l'électricité. Nous avons une demi-heure vers 5h30 le matin puis 4h entre 19h et 23h à partir d'un générateur, et le courant a beaucoup de variations. Entre hier et ce matin, les deux chargeurs d'ordinateur de Guy ont grillé (il ne peut plus le recharger dorénavant), ainsi que son chargeur de rasoir et celui de son iPad. Lui qui pensait pouvoir écrire pendant ce mois, cela va être compliqué... Beaucoup d'étudiants ont aussi perdu leur chargeur de téléphone. Cela nous permet de voir les conditions des missionnaires sur place et de nous y identifier pleinement!
The first week of the PCYFM ended well on the theme of God's presence, and many students were touched and challenged to lay the right foundation in their ministry and in their lives. The current challenge is related to electricity. We have a half hour around 5:30 in the morning and then 4 hours between 7 and 11pm from a generator, and the power has a lot of variation. Between yesterday and this morning, both of Guy's computer chargers burned out (he can't charge it anymore), as well as his razor charger and his iPad charger. He thought he would be able to write during this month, but it will be difficult... Many students also lost their phone chargers. This allows us to see the conditions of the missionaries on site and to fully identify with them!
