SOS prière pour notre voiture / SOS prayer for our car

Nous allions partir au culte ce matin. Guy a mis le contact et on a entendu un drôle de bruit sous le capot. La voiture n'a pas démarré... Nous avons pu trouver une solution de rechange, et en rentrant cet après-midi, nous avons appelé un dépanneur. Verdict: courroie de distribution cassée... Guy va voir au garage Opel du quartier demain pour avoir un devis. Merci de prier... On a déjà une voiture qui a lâché il y a quelque mois, on en a racheté une qui allait bien, mais là on est embêté... Heureusement, on reste à Toulouse plusieurs jours, nous ne repartons que jeudi pour Barcelone, et on peut même encore repousser de quelques jours si nécessaire...

We were ready to leave for a service this morning. Guy put the key in the ignition and we heard a strange noise in the engine. The car didn't start... We were able to find a solution for this morning, and when we came back this afternoon, we called a car mechanic to pick up the car. Verdict: timing belt broken... Guy will go to the garage tomorrow to have an estimate of the cost. Thank you for praying.... We alreay had a car broken a few month ago, we bought a new one that went fine, but now we are in trouble... Fortunately, we stay in Toulouse until next Thursday when  we leave for Barcelona, and we can even push the trip for 1-2 days...
