VERSION FRANCAISE

5^ème jour après l’opération. Les forces reviennent, le plus dur est derrière. Tout est à réapprendre – respirer, manger, roter, péter, marcher, et j’en passe et des meilleures.

La journée d’hier a été difficile avec entrée en chambre commune avec un voisin qui écoutait tout le temps la radio. Mais ce matin ça va mieux. Il est parti et Guy peut se reposer. Guy peut se  lever pour aller aux toilettes seul, c’est un bon début… Merci de ne pas venir le voir pour le moment – étant presque nu sur son lit, ce n’est pas très agréable pour lui.

Les enfants sont partis pour le Kingdom Festival, merci à tous ceux qui nous aident à ce niveau. Joële et Noam sont à l’hospitalité de la base de Jem Lausanne, donc pas loin du CHUV. Joële va aussi faire une radio de son thorax cet après-midi suite à sa chute la semaine dernière.

ENGLISH VERSION

5^th day after surgery. Strength are coming back, the most difficult is behind. Everything needs to be relearned – breathing, eating, burping, farting, walking and so on… Yesterday was difficult, coming into a room with a neighbour listen the radion the whole day. But this morning it is going better. He left and Guy can rest. He can raise up and walk to the toilets by himself, it’s a good start… Thanks for not visiting him at this point, as he is lying almost naked on his bed, this is not so fun for him.

The kids have left for the Kingdom Festival, thanks to all of you who helped us for this during this time. Joële and Noam are at hospitality of the Lausanne YWAM base, so it’s not far away from the hospital. Joële is also doing a radio from her chest this afternoon  after her fall last week – this is still very painful.
